With the arrival of winter, predatory animals such as jackals become more active and start approaching populated areas, which poses a threat to local residents. Furthermore, their reproduction negatively impacts the population of rare birds and wild animals in mountainous forest areas.

To address this issue, hunting activities aimed at reducing the number of jackals are ongoing. During these operations, 4 jackals were eliminated in the Aitmatov district, 4 in the Manas district, and 7 in the Talas district.

It is important to note that such activities are carried out with the participation of legal hunters who possess the necessary permits. Preventive and protective measures in this direction have also been conducted previously.
