The center will be located at 70 Shambetov Street and will cover an area of 17,000 square meters. The project is being carried out with the support of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The "Balastan" entertainment center will offer visitors various innovative museums, mazes, bowling alleys, and cinemas, as well as spaces for the intellectual and creative development of children. Special attention in the project is given to the implementation of 5–6 robots with artificial intelligence, which will serve as guides and assist customers in the Kyrgyz language. Currently, negotiations are underway with Chinese partners on this matter.
At present, despite the winter conditions, 115 workers are engaged in the construction. The work is being carried out by the state enterprise "Kyrgyzkurulush," which is under the Ministry of Construction of the Kyrgyz Republic, as noted in the report.
- In 2026, it is planned to celebrate the Independence Day of Kyrgyzstan at the national level in the Talas region, by which time several facilities should be completed.
