The Ministry of Transport responded to complaints from passengers on the Bishkek–Tokmok route

On January 30, the Department of Ground and Water Transport, together with the Chui-Bishkek Regional Administration, conducted an inspection along the Bishkek-Tokmok route. According to information received through social networks, citizens reported that minibuses do not operate after 7:00 PM, forcing many passengers to resort to taxi services.
Monitoring showed that on Fridays and Saturdays, the number of people traveling from Bishkek to Tokmok significantly exceeds normal volumes.

To address the issue, a meeting was held on February 2 with representatives of the companies servicing routes No. 350 and No. 353. It was noted at the meeting that passenger flow increases on weekends; however, after 8:00 PM, the number of willing passengers decreases, making it impossible for drivers to cover their expenses.

As a result of the discussion, a decision was made to increase the number of trips and ensure uninterrupted transportation. If necessary, additional reserve minibuses will be allocated, and the number of regular trips will also be increased.
