According to the information, there were complaints from citizens on social media that after 7:00 PM, minibuses on the Bishkek — Tokmok route do not operate. This forces passengers to use taxis. As a result of the monitoring, it was established that on Fridays and Saturdays, the number of passengers traveling from the capital to Tokmok significantly increases.
To address this issue, a meeting was held on February 2 with representatives of the companies servicing routes No. 350 and 353. During the meeting, it was noted that passenger flow increases on weekends; however, after 8:00 PM, the number of people wanting to travel decreases, making it difficult for drivers to cover their expenses.
As a result of the meeting, a decision was made to ensure a sufficient number of trips for uninterrupted passenger transport. If necessary, additional reserve minibuses will be allocated, and the number of trips on the route will be increased.
