The previous request for a mortgage apartment for Belyaev was rejected by the State Mortgage Company.
At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Nilufer Alimjanova raised a question about benefits for graduates of children's institutions.
Nurlan Khudaikulov, Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company, explained that graduates of orphanages can access a preferential mortgage loan program with an interest rate of 4% per annum, without making a down payment. To participate in this program, certain conditions must be met, including having verified income and work experience.
He also added: "The State Mortgage Company is involved in social projects; however, providing housing for orphans is the responsibility of the Ministry of Social Protection."
Alimjanova emphasized the importance of assisting graduates of orphanages. In particular, she requested housing for Igor Belyaev, who is a graduate of an orphanage and actively supports orphans. It should be noted that he is the director and founder of the Public Fund for the Protection of Children's Rights.
