In the city of Osh, the enforcement proceedings have been completed, during which the full amount of alimony debt — 872,516 soms — was collected. This information was provided by the State Service of Court Executors of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It became known that the enforcement case was handled by the city department of the service. The debtor, D.E., was obliged to pay alimony to B.E. for the maintenance of three children until they reach adulthood.
Thanks to the measures taken, the debt amounting to 872,516 soms was successfully collected and transferred to the recipient.
