According to information from local authorities, as part of the implementation of the presidential decree dated April 8, 2022, number 109, which concerns the prevention of illegal land seizures, the At-Bashy rural administration issued 36 official warnings regarding cases of illegal land use. As a result of the inspections conducted, 107 structures built in violation of regulations were recorded.
Among the identified structures, the following can be highlighted:
- 36 light trading points,
- 5 containers,
- 1 public transport stop,
- 1 garage,
- 3 fences (koruk),
- 2 warehouses,
- 54 wire fences,
- 1 shoe repair point.
Warnings have been issued regarding these structures in accordance with established procedures.
