In the call center of Kaktus.media, there have been complaints from residents of Bishkek about puddles forming on the roads. They demand that the authorities pump out the water and improve the drainage system, as the current system is unable to handle the flow of water.

One city resident recounted a sad incident: "Cars are sinking on Den Xiaoping Street in the 'Akuna' area. A drainage ditch was dug, but no warnings were posted. It overflowed, and a car fell into it. We need to find a way to pump out the water."

The problem is also noticeable at the intersection of Suymbaeva Street with Jibek Jolu Avenue and at the intersection of Chuy Avenue with the Embankment — it is impossible to cross the road due to the puddles.

"Neither crossing nor swimming is possible," expressed one local resident's dissatisfaction.

Other residents are also urging the authorities to take action: "It is impossible to pass at the intersection of Leo Tolstoy and Bakh streets. Maybe the utility services should take measures already? On one side is the road, and you can't go around it, and on the other — everything is flooded," says another Bishkek citizen.
