This donation is exclusively for the month of Ramadan.
The Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan has announced the amount of Fitr-Sadaqah for this year.
The following amounts are provided for one person:
▪️ 1.6 kg of wheat — 60 soms
▪️ 1.6 kg of flour — 90 soms
▪️ 3.2 kg of barley — 100 soms
▪️ 1.6 kg of raisins — 880 soms
▪️ 1.6 kg of dates — 1200 soms
It should be clarified that Fitr-Sadaqah is a mandatory almsgiving intended exclusively for the month of fasting. Donations (Sadaqah) made during other periods of the Muslim calendar are not considered Fitr-Sadaqah.
Every year, the amount of Fitr-Sadaqah is determined by the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan in conjunction with the Council of Ulema of Kyrgyzstan. It is expressed in the weight of various products such as wheat, flour, barley, raisins, or dates. Believers can choose the product that corresponds to their financial capabilities.
