The Prosecutor's Office of the Jumgal District intervened to secure housing rights for orphans.

According to information provided by the district prosecutor's office, as a result of an inspection of the implementation of the norms of the Children's Code and other legal acts in the Chayek rural administration, land plots for individual housing construction were allocated to four teenagers who are without parental care.

It was previously revealed that four minors (N.A., Z.N., Z.A., and K.K.) did not receive the land plots they were entitled to by law, despite having reached the age of 16.

It is reported that on February 5, 2026, the prosecutor's office sent a prosecutor's response act to the Chayek rural administration.

After reviewing this act, the head of the Chayek rural administration signed several resolutions (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, and No. 9 dated February 13, 2026), according to which land plots were allocated to the orphaned children for the construction of residential houses.

As a result of these decisions, on February 19, 2026, the Jumgal branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography prepared and issued cadastral plans for the allocated plots to each of the four beneficiaries.

According to current legislation, orphaned children have the right to priority allocation of land plots for housing construction.
