The ceremony was held at the monument to Ormon-Khan Niyazbek uulu in the ethnocomplex "Ormon-Khan," located in the village of Semiz-Bel.
Talghat Isaev, the deputy head of the Kochkor district state administration, delivered a congratulatory speech in honor of the anniversary of the flag's adoption.
After his speech, the national flag was raised, and the participants of the event, including heads of institutions and village leaders, paid their respects to this symbol.
- The national flag was approved by the Jogorku Kenesh on March 3, 1992, and was first raised over the government building on March 5 of the same year.
- The issue of amending the flag was raised on December 20, 2023, and on December 22 of the same year, President Sadyr Japarov signed a law changing the wavy shape of the sun rays on the flag to a straight line.
