The State Tax Service reminds about the necessary rules to consider when submitting applications and complaints. All appeals must comply with the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the review period varies from 14 to 30 days.
Appeals can be submitted in various ways:
- in writing (application, complaint, or appeal);
- in electronic form (through the official website or by email);
- orally, during a personal reception.
It is important that the appeal includes the following information:
- the name of the state authority or its territorial subdivision;
- the full name of the applicant;
- contact phone number;
- residential address.
For effective consideration of citizens' appeals, it is necessary to provide information about possible violations, including:
- the full name of the taxpayer;
- tax identification number (TIN);
- address of economic activity;
- specific facts of violation of tax legislation.
Appeals that lack the specified information, as well as anonymous appeals, may be left without consideration. Complaints must be substantiated, and if necessary, documents or other materials confirming the facts should be attached.
The Tax Service has the right to refuse to consider those appeals that do not contain specific data or evidence.
To submit an appeal or complaint in electronic format, you can use email. All email addresses are posted on the official website of the Tax Service in the "Contacts" section, under "Citizen Appeals."
A hotline is also available for receiving complaints about unlawful actions of employees: 0 (312) 62-11-13.
