In recognition of the contributions of the female employees, flowers and commemorative gifts were presented. Additionally, at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, several women were awarded departmental honors:
Mothers of employees were awarded the medals "Kaдyrman эne" ("Honorable Mother");
Wives of officers were awarded the medals "Офицердин жубайы" ("Officer's Spouse").
The head of the Panfilov Department of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Talgar Mambetkaziev, concluded the ceremonial part by noting the key role of women in ensuring the safety of citizens.
