
In response to citizens' inquiries regarding changes in pension savings amounts, the Ministry of Digital Development provided clarifications about the functionality of the mobile application "Tunduk":
How is data displayed?
JSC "Tunduk" operates as a technical operator, providing access to government services through a "digital window." Data on pension accounts is not stored, processed, or modified by the application itself. All information displayed in the application is received directly from the departmental database of the authorized body in real time.
What causes changes in the figures?
All changes in amounts, such as recalculations, annual capitalization of interest, or technical data adjustments, occur on the side of the information source. JSC "Tunduk" simply transmits the data received from the relevant department at the time of the inquiry. Changes to this data by JSC "Tunduk" are not possible.
What to do if questions arise?
