Why are pension savings changing in the "Tunduk" app? Operator's response

The operator of OJSC "Tunduk" provided clarifications regarding the fluctuations in pension savings displayed in their application.

Recently, one of the users reported that the amount of his savings in the accumulative part of his pension had decreased. According to him, he regularly checks the data through the application and noticed a decline in the amount in March compared to February.

How is the data displayed?

OJSC "Tunduk" acts as a technical operator, providing access to government services through a digital platform.

The company clarified: "We do not store, process, or alter information about pension accounts. All the data you see in the application comes directly from the departmental database of the authorized body in real time."

Why can amounts change?

Changes in figures (for example, recalculations, annual capitalization of interest, or data updates) occur on the side of the original source of information. OJSC "Tunduk" only transmits the information that comes from the relevant authority's system at the moment of the request. Interference with this data by OJSC "Tunduk" is not possible.

"We understand that accurate representation of savings is very important for citizens. If you notice discrepancies, for detailed statements and official explanations regarding the movement of funds, you should contact the data manager at the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic (hotline — 1202). Our role is to provide you with access to information quickly and conveniently. For questions regarding the methodology of accruals and the accuracy of the balance, qualified assistance can be provided by specialists from the relevant authority," the OJSC noted.

Earlier, the Social Fund explained that the formation of data on citizens' personal insurance accounts is carried out in several stages.

Organizations submit reports on income tax and insurance contributions to the tax authorities through their accounting departments. This data is then transferred to the Social Fund. Based on the received registers, automatic crediting of amounts to the individual accounts of insured persons is carried out.

According to the Social Fund, cases of decreased amounts or incorrect display are most often related to clarifying reports provided by organizations.
