Of this number:
- 199,750 people who reached retirement age received 3 billion 100.8 million soms;
- 4,524 citizens who left the country for permanent residence received 254 million soms;
- 11,919 heirs of deceased insured persons received 361.9 million soms;
- 998 military personnel received 11.7 million soms;
- 388 people with mortgage loans received 88.2 million soms;
- 7,937 citizens, also with mortgage loans, received 1 billion 787.5 million soms;
- 341 people repaying housing rent (financed by JSC "GIK") received 55.8 million soms;
- 391 people participating in shared housing construction or repaying installments received 82.4 million soms;
- 316 officially unemployed individuals received 6 million soms;
- 790 people with severe illnesses received 129.5 million soms.
It is important to note that in order to improve the living standards and social welfare of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, the use of pension savings is provided in various situations.
1. Payments to pensioners
• Citizens who have reached retirement age can receive pensions according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Pension Social Insurance," provided there are funds in their personal pension accounts.
2. Going abroad
• Citizens who have moved abroad for permanent residence have the right to receive their pension savings held in their personal insurance accounts.
3. Inheritance
• Heirs of deceased insured persons have the right to receive funds accounted for in their personal pension accounts.
4. Military personnel
• Military personnel can access funds from the accumulated pension fund upon reaching the age of 63, provided there are funds in their accounts. It is important to note that military personnel do not contribute to the Social Fund during their service but can access funds if they worked in the civilian sector before or after their service.
5. Mortgage lending
• Citizens, as well as their spouses, who have a mortgage loan or participate in a housing rental program with subsequent purchase can use pension savings for the down payment and loan repayment.
6. Official unemployment
• Officially recognized unemployed individuals can access their pension savings considering the subsistence minimum for able-bodied citizens.
7. Treatment of severe illnesses
