As stated in the draft, the list of individuals entitled to pension savings is being expanded: now the spouses of insured citizens will also be able to receive payments in certain cases. In addition, changes are planned for the rules regarding multiple payments, as well as an update to the list of necessary documents that will allow the use of pension savings for housing needs, including mortgages, shared construction, and rental housing with the option of subsequent purchase under government programs.
Some provisions of the current rules will be recognized as having lost their validity, and new forms of supporting documents will be introduced. These include letters from commercial banks, as well as local administrations of Bishkek and Osh, and JSC "GIK." Furthermore, the procedure for citizens to reapply for pension savings payments is being clarified.
