According to users, they are experiencing delays when making payments, difficulties with displaying scanned QR codes, and in some cases, the applications simply do not load.
At the Interbank Processing Center JSC, they confirmed the existence of temporary difficulties in conducting certain operations within the ELQR system.
“The problems are caused by one of the parties involved in the ELQR operator network. The partner is already working to resolve the issues that have arisen,” the company representatives reported.
It is important to note that these disruptions are not related to the ELQR system itself or the operations of the Interbank Processing Center JSC.
It is worth adding that similar interruptions were observed on March 18, when the problems were also attributed to technical issues on the part of some network participants.
