Applications for Romanian government scholarships for the academic year 2026/27 are now open for citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
The program covers studies at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral levels in all fields, except for medicine.
Scholarship holders will benefit from free education, accommodation in dormitories, and monthly allowances.
Those who do not know the Romanian language will have the opportunity to take a free preparatory course for a year.
The main requirement for candidates is to have good academic performance, which implies an average grade of no less than 4 on a 5-point scale or 7 on the Romanian system.
Applications are accepted exclusively in electronic format until March 31.
