The energy company strongly urges to pay off debts
On March 24, more than 6 thousand subscribers in Bishkek will be disconnected from electricity, according to information from BPES.
To avoid disconnection, energy workers advise all clients to pay off their debts as soon as possible.
To check the status of their account, subscribers can use several convenient services:
- the official website of the company: the "Subscriber Balance" section;
- the mobile application "My Light," available in Play Market and AppStore;
- call center: short numbers 1209 and 105, as well as mobile phone numbers 0772001209 and 0556001209;
- messengers: sending a message via WhatsApp to the number 0702001209.
