On April 9, 2026, from 09:00 to 20:00, the supply of drinking water will be suspended in the central part of the capital. This information was provided by the press service of Bishkek City Hall.
Due to the shutdown, water supply will not be provided to residential buildings, educational institutions, kindergartens, healthcare facilities, and other social facilities, as well as industrial enterprises.
The shutdown zone includes:
- Chuy Avenue, Frunze Street, Manas Avenue, Jibek Jolu Avenue, up to the Ala-Archa River, Turusbekov Street, Bayalinov Street, and Abdrahmanov Street.
This shutdown is related to planned maintenance and preventive work at the "Belinsky" water intake and the city's water supply networks.
The municipal enterprise "Bishkekvodokanal" apologizes for any inconvenience and recommends that residents and organizations stock up on drinking water in advance.
