In the village of Sovetskoye, which belongs to the rural district of Moldо Niyaz in the Kadamjay region, a kindergarten named "Rodnichok-Kan" was ceremoniously opened, operating in a three-hour mode.

The educational institution is located on the second floor of the local House of Culture. After a major renovation, the premises were fully equipped and designed for 50 children.

The opening of the kindergarten was made possible thanks to the "Education for the Future" project, which allocated over 2 million soms for its implementation, including construction and repair works.

Previously, Sovetskoye functioned as a separate rural district, but after the administrative reform, it became part of the rural district of Moldо Niyaz.

During Soviet times, the village was under direct control from Moscow, and the Russian population made up a significant portion of the local residents.

Today, the village's population is known for its unique history and is considered a Russian-speaking community in the Batken region.

Many local residents still place great importance on the Russian language.

Sovetskoye is located 17 kilometers from the mountains, along the southwestern part of the Osh—Batken—Razakov highway.
