Kyrgyzstan Remains Among the Top Ten Importers of Russian Pasta
In the first nine months of 2025, Russia exported over 100 thousand tons of pasta worth 154 million dollars, which is 21% more compared to the same period last year.
Among the main importing countries of pasta, as before, are the countries of the near abroad. This list includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia.
As noted by Ilya Ilyushin, head of the Federal Center "Agroexport," pasta and noodles are staple foods not only in the post-Soviet countries but also in many countries far abroad. Existing factors, such as the high saturation of the Russian market, the presence of modern production facilities, and regular updates to the product range, contribute to the export opportunities of Russian products.
