With the introduction of the new mechanism "Self-Ban on Lending" starting November 1, 2025, citizens gained the opportunity to protect their personal data from fraudsters.
To apply for a self-ban on loans through the "Tündük" app, follow these steps:
- Download or open the "Tündük" app.
- Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Credit."
- Specify the bureau — "Isheni" or "SES."
- Click on "Enable Self-Ban" and complete the process!
If you receive a message stating that "The service is temporarily unavailable," try updating the app and retrying.
