
From November 1, 2025, to January 16, 2026, 140,264 citizens of Kyrgyzstan utilized the self-ban on lending service through the mobile application "Tunduk," according to information provided by the National Bank.
The new mechanism, introduced on November 1, 2025, is called "Self-Ban on Lending" and is designed to protect users' personal data from fraudulent activities.
Instructions for imposing a self-ban on loans through the "Tunduk" application.
Launch or download the "Tunduk" application.
Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Lending."
Select a credit history bureau, such as "Isheni" or "SES."
Click the "Enable Self-Ban" button and confirm the action.
You can cancel the self-ban at any time (cancellation is available after 12 hours).
If you see the message "Service temporarily unavailable," update the application and try again.
