The service center is located in the building of the open joint-stock company "Kyrgyz Post" and has been operating in this format for several years.
According to Tashtanov, the Center employs 11 staff members. With the help of the "Tündük" application and electronic queue, between 250 to 400 citizens are served daily. This significantly reduces waiting time and improves the quality of service. For example, users can obtain necessary documents, such as a passport or birth certificate, without leaving their homes. By registering for the electronic queue through the application, citizens avoid long waits in the hall.
To register through the application, several simple steps must be followed: on the main page, select the services section where the online queue option is available. After that, you need to enter your last name, first name, and patronymic, as well as provide your phone number and email address. Then, you select the region and complete the registration. To increase citizens' awareness in the context of digitalization, the Center conducts explanatory work using video materials. However, Tashtanov noted that the lack of a separate building for the Center creates certain difficulties in the service process.
Specialist Amina Isakova added that currently the level of citizen registration through the application is approximately 10%. She emphasized that people are beginning to adapt to this service and note its convenience.
The work of the Center 08-04 includes providing various services to the population, and each year the number of users of the "Tündük" application is growing.
