Citizens are advised to prepare documents in advance
From January 1 to January 12, 2026, the operation of the Centers for Public Services (CPS) in Kyrgyzstan will be suspended. This information was announced by the State Institution "Kyzmat," which is subordinate to the Office of the President of Kyrgyzstan.
Until the end of the current year, that is, until December 31, 2025, the CPS will continue to operate as usual.
In connection with the expected increase in the number of citizen requests after the extended holidays, "Kyzmat" urges citizens to take care of the necessary documents in advance, especially those planning to travel abroad.
Additionally, the population can use online services through the "Tunduk" platform, which offers the following services:
- electronic queue registration;
- address registration;
- passport exchange;
- issuance of duplicate civil registry certificates;
- registration of birth and death certificates.
