The final meeting took place at the state institution "Kyzmat" with the participation of the Deputy Head of the President's Office Almaz Raimbekov and the heads of the public service centers (PSC) and wedding palaces.

During the meeting, it was noted that in 2025, the public service centers received 3 million 600 thousand requests, of which 527 thousand were fulfilled in digital format. Among the online services registered were: birth — 3 thousand 243, name change — 2 thousand 183, death — 9, the service "Digitize Yourself" — 83 thousand 101, online registration — 18 thousand 951, reissue of certificates — 4 thousand 15, various certificates — 236 thousand 313, ID card issuance — 1 thousand, as well as consultations on online services — 178 thousand 887.

According to Almaz Raimbekov, the most popular online services at the PSC are address registration, digitization, and obtaining certificates.
Additionally, 3 thousand applications were submitted for ID card exchanges, but only 1 thousand were issued, which is a low result. This underscores the need to intensify efforts to transition to digital formats for providing government services. The responsibility for fulfilling the set tasks has been assigned to the heads of territorial divisions.

The Deputy Head of the President's Office also noted that all existing problems in the system need to be resolved promptly so that citizens can easily and problem-free utilize online services. If necessary, specialists have been instructed to provide consultations and practical assistance to citizens, creating comfortable conditions for their service.

Special attention was given to monitoring the workload on specialists by types of services. Heads have been instructed to promptly redistribute resources and strengthen those areas that are experiencing the highest load, excluding ineffective use of working time.
The Director of the state institution "Kyzmat," Azamat Dzhaparov, reported on the work being done to develop regulatory legal acts aimed at optimizing registration and documentation, as well as creating new online services.

As a result of the meeting, key tasks for 2026 were identified, including increasing the share of users of online services, minimizing the need for personal visits to the PSC, reducing queues, optimizing staff workload, improving the quality of service to citizens, and strengthening anti-corruption measures.

Currently, there are 52 public service centers, 2 wedding palaces, and 2 departments for servicing foreigners operating in Bishkek and Osh.
