The event was attended by the mayor of Naryn city, heads of district state administrations, as well as representatives of local authorities and leaders of regional structures. Two key issues were on the agenda.
The first item discussed was the results of the socio-economic development of the region for the first nine months of 2025.
Within this topic, participants listened to reports on various areas: economy, agriculture, energy, infrastructure, investments, education, healthcare, and social protection. For each of these sectors, completed tasks were outlined, as well as current problems and unresolved issues.
The second item on the agenda was the discussion of the procedure for processing citizens' appeals and official documentation. Strict requirements were established for response times, the quality of prepared materials, the accountability of officials, and the culture of document flow. Leaders were instructed to respond promptly and attentively to public inquiries.
As a result of the meeting, specific instructions were issued:
– ensure quality and timely execution of the budget plan,
– improve the level of medical services,
– strengthen social support for the population,
– guarantee complete and quality consideration of citizens' appeals,
– tighten control over the enforcement of discipline,
– increase personal responsibility of leaders.
During the meeting, the accountability of several leaders who did not fulfill their official duties properly was reviewed. Disciplinary measures were applied to them, and the necessity of strict adherence to state standards was emphasized.
In conclusion, the regional leadership called on all agencies to eliminate the identified shortcomings and ensure the quality implementation of the planned initiatives in the near future.
