The press service of the institution reported that in 2025, the PSCs received 3.6 million requests, of which 527 thousand services were provided in electronic format.
Among the online services registered are: 3,243 births, 2,183 name changes, 9 deaths, 83,101 digitizations, 18,951 online registrations, 4,015 duplicate certificates, 236,313 various certificates, 1,000 ID passports, and 178,887 consultations on online services.Raimbekov noted that the most popular online services include address registration, digitization, and obtaining certificates.
He also pointed out that 3,000 applications for ID card exchanges were submitted, but only 1,000 were completed, which is a low figure. He emphasized the importance of accelerating the transition to digital services. The heads of territorial divisions were instructed to take responsibility for accomplishing these tasks.
Specialists have been tasked with providing citizens with consulting and practical services, creating the most comfortable conditions for their receipt, as stated in the press release.
Significant attention was given to monitoring the workload of specialists by types of services, the State Institution "Kyzmat" added. Heads were instructed to promptly redistribute resources and strengthen areas where high workloads are observed, eliminating ineffective use of working time.
The Director of the State Institution "Kyzmat," Azamat Dzhaparov, also reported on the development of new regulatory acts aimed at optimizing registration and documentation processes, as well as the creation of new online services.
As a result of the meeting, priority tasks for 2026 were identified: increasing the share of users of online services, reducing the need for personal visits to PSCs, decreasing queues, optimizing the workload on staff, improving service quality, and strengthening anti-corruption measures.
Note Currently, there are 52 public service centers operating in Kyrgyzstan, two marriage registration offices, and two departments serving foreign citizens in Bishkek and Osh.
