An important final meeting took place in Kyrgyzstan at the State Institution "Kyzmat," where the Deputy Head of the President's Office, Almaz Raimbekov, summarized the activities of the Public Service Centers (PSC) and outlined key directions for the digitalization of public services for 2026.

During the meeting, it was reported that in the recent period, 3.6 million requests were registered at the PSC, of which 527 thousand services were provided in digital format. The most in-demand online services included address registration, obtaining certificates, and digitizing documents.

Within the online service framework, 3,243 birth certificates, 2,183 name changes, and 9 death certificates were registered. Additionally, 83,101 "Digitize Yourself" services were provided, 18,951 online registrations were processed, and 4,015 duplicate certificates were issued. Furthermore, 236,313 certificates and 1,000 ID passports were issued, along with 178,887 consultations on online services.

However, as noted by Almaz Raimbekov, the results for online ID card exchanges leave much to be desired: out of 3,000 submitted applications, only 1,000 were fulfilled. This highlights the need for a more active transition to digital services, and he placed the responsibility for achieving the set goals on the heads of territorial divisions.

The discussion also emphasized the identified problems within the system. To enhance citizen convenience, it is necessary to eliminate shortcomings so that they can easily use online services. PSC specialists were tasked with providing necessary assistance and consultations to visitors.

An important issue at the meeting was the distribution of workload among employees. Center leaders were urged to promptly redistribute resources, focusing on the most overloaded areas and eliminating ineffective use of working time.

The Director of the State Institution "Kyzmat," Azamat Japparov, reported on the development of new regulatory acts aimed at simplifying registration and documentation, as well as the creation of new online services.

As a result of the meeting, key tasks for 2026 were defined: increasing the share of users of online services, reducing the need for personal visits to PSCs, decreasing queues, optimizing staff workload, improving service quality, and strengthening anti-corruption measures.

Currently, there are 52 public service centers operating in Kyrgyzstan, along with two marriage palaces and two departments for servicing foreign citizens in Bishkek and Osh.
