At the final meeting at the State Institution "Kyzmat," attended by the Deputy Head of the President's Office of Kyrgyzstan, Almaz Raimbekov, and the heads of the Public Service Centers (CОN) and marriage registration offices, it was noted that among the most popular online services are address registration, data digitization, and obtaining certificates. Additionally, 3,000 applications were submitted for ID card exchanges, of which only 1,000 were issued, indicating the need for improvement in this area.

Raimbekov emphasized the importance of eliminating all shortcomings in the system so that citizens can easily access online services. If necessary, specialists should provide consultations and practical assistance, creating comfortable conditions for receiving services.
Furthermore, the meeting discussed the need to monitor the workload of specialists by types of services. Leaders were instructed to promptly redistribute resources to optimize work in the most overloaded areas and avoid inefficient use of working time.

The Director of the State Institution "Kyzmat," Azamat Dzhaparov, reported on the progress in developing regulatory acts aimed at improving registration and documentation processes, as well as creating new online services.

As a result of the meeting, priority tasks for 2026 were identified: increasing the share of online service users, minimizing the need for personal visits to CОNs, reducing queues, optimizing work processes, improving service quality, and strengthening anti-corruption measures.

Currently, there are 52 public service centers, 2 marriage registration offices, and 2 departments for servicing foreign citizens operating in Bishkek and Osh.
