Starting November 1, 2025, a new mechanism aimed at ensuring financial security — the "Self-Ban on Lending" — came into effect. This mechanism is designed to protect citizens' personal data from fraudsters.
The process of imposing a self-ban on lending can be easily carried out through the "Tunduk" application.
- Download or open the "Tunduk" application.
- Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Lending."
- Choose a bureau — "Isheni" or "SES."
- Click on "Enable Self-Ban" and complete the process!
If you encounter the message "Service temporarily unavailable," update the application and try again.
