The main sources of financing were funds from enterprises and organizations, foreign direct investments, bank loans, as well as funds from the population and charitable assistance from residents of the Kyrgyz Republic, accounting for 90.8% of the total volume.
It is also worth noting that the volume of funds allocated for the construction and modernization of facilities providing electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning increased by 6% compared to the same period. At the same time, the financing of these investments was mainly carried out through foreign investments, funds from organizations, and bank loans, which accounted for 98%.
