As part of the visit, negotiations were held with Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia.
Additionally, Japarov participated in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, where key issues were discussed in both narrow and expanded formats.
Also, at the end of the visit, a ceremony was held to award the International Peace Prize named after L.N. Tolstoy. This year, the awards were presented to Sadyr Japarov, Emomali Rahmon, and Shavkat Mirziyoyev for their significant contributions to stability and security in Central Asia.
On the following day, an informal meeting of the heads of CIS states took place at the State Hermitage. During the meeting, the results of the CIS's work were summarized, and the main directions for 2026 were determined, according to the official statement.
On December 22, Japarov returned to Bishkek, concluding his trip to Russia.
