According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region, on January 20 at 09:53, a report was received at the duty station of the Moscow district police about a burned car of the brand "Volkswagen Golf 3" silver in color, which was located on the eastern outskirts of the village of Spartak, near the lake.
An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene, which found that there were two deceased individuals in the car. The driver was seated in the front seat, while the passenger was in the rear right seat.
The identities of the deceased have been established: the driver was O.E., born in 2000, a resident of the village of Spartak, and the passenger was T.S., a 10th-grade student, born in 2010.
According to the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, during the investigation, it was found that O.E. purchased his car on January 11, 2026, at a car market. On January 13, he contacted electrician S.S., reporting a malfunction of the left headlight. The specialist noted the critically poor condition of the vehicle: exposed wires, safety violations, the smell of gasoline, and smoke in the cabin, and warned the owner about the high degree of danger in operating the car.
