According to information provided by Gulgaaky Matillaeva, a social educator at Spartak Secondary School, the incident took place in the evening of January 19, 2026. The deceased, S.T., a 10th-grade student, was born on February 22, 2010. She was one of the best students in the school and had won various competitions, particularly showing interest in the Russian language and literature. Her achievements were recognized on the school's "Honor Board".
That evening, S.T. asked her mother for permission to go outside to meet a young man but did not return home. Her mother tried to contact her daughter but was unable to do so. The next day, January 20, the woman learned of her daughter's death when it was reported that S.T. had burned in her boyfriend's car, Matillaeva stated.
The school teachers immediately went to the parents' home, where the mother was in deep shock. "We could not comprehend what had happened and were in complete turmoil," the educator added.
According to available information, S.T. had been in a relationship with E., a young man from their village, since the summer of 2025, which was known to her parents. She was the third daughter in a family of five children.
According to previously received information from the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chuy region, on January 20 at 09:53, a report was received in the duty unit about a fire in a "Volkswagen Golf 3" on the eastern outskirts of the village, near a lake.
A forensic investigative team was dispatched to the scene, where they found the bodies of two victims: the driver O.E., born in 2000, and the passenger T.S., born in 2010, a 10th-grade student.
As reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate, during the investigation, it was found that O.E. had purchased the car on January 11, 2026, at a car market. On January 13, he contacted electrician S.S. due to a malfunction of the left headlight. The specialist noted the poor technical condition of the vehicle, pointing out exposed wires and the smell of gasoline, and warned of the high danger of further operation.
Currently, the bodies of the deceased have been sent to the morgue, forensic examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
