Industrial production in Kyrgyzstan increased by 10.6% in 2025
The physical volume index compared to the previous year was 110.6%, indicating a growth in industrial production of 10.6%.
In December 2025, the volume of industrial production reached 113 billion 234.6 million soms, which corresponds to a physical volume index of 110.4% compared to December 2024.
The increase in industrial indicators was made possible by growth in various sectors. For example, the production of pharmaceutical products increased by 1.7 times. The production of rubber and plastic products also rose by 35.7%, and the construction materials showed a similar increase.
Additionally, there was a recorded growth in the production of food products (including beverages) and tobacco products by 30.1%, chemical products by 19.8%, and textile and leather products by 9.6%. The extraction of mineral resources also increased by 14.2%.
