During the inspection on the bypass road Bishkek—Naryn—Torugart, in the Issyk-Ata district, a traffic accident occurred: a truck overturned due to the slippery surface. This happened around 09:00.
Azamat Osmonov emphasized the importance of timely treatment of the road surface with anti-icing materials and called on the responsible services to strengthen control over the condition of the roads in the evening and morning hours.
“Instructions have been given to the relevant structures to take measures to ensure road safety and prevent similar incidents. Individuals who have failed to properly fulfill their duties regarding road maintenance will be held accountable in accordance with the established procedure,” the official statement said.
Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the accident.
