The event took place on January 22 at around 9:30 AM on the bypass road in the Suzak district. According to eyewitnesses, the truck was descending from the Topurak-Bel pass towards the village of Suzak. During the descent, the vehicle experienced a brake failure, which led to it overturning on the bypass road.
Other drivers passing by helped to extract the injured person and handed him over to emergency medical personnel.
The chief physician of the Suzak territorial hospital, Akjol Turgunbaev, reported that the injured man was placed in the trauma department. "A man born in 1993 was admitted to our hospital with injuries resulting from the accident. He has been diagnosed with a closed fracture of the right femur and an open fracture of the left tibia. He arrived in a state of traumatic shock and is currently under the supervision of specialists," added the chief physician.
