The presidential decree includes the following provisions:
1. The Decree on the structure and composition of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 12, 2021, No. 425 is amended as follows:
in paragraph 1:
– the sixth paragraph should be reworded as follows:
“– Chairman of the State Committee for National
Security of the Kyrgyz Republic;”;
– add a new twenty-seventh paragraph:
“– State Border Service of the Kyrgyz
Republic.”.
2. The Border Service of the GKNB is transformed into the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
– must align its decisions with this Decree;
– take other measures arising from this Decree.
4. The Decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
