The system was developed by the state institution "AgroSmart." The AIS "Subsidy" was created to optimize processes related to the submission and processing of applications for state subsidies, as well as to monitor the movement of seeds and their usage.
According to representatives of the ministry, the implementation of this system is aimed at ensuring transparency in all procedures, reducing the likelihood of corruption, and generating analytical reports in real-time.
The key features of the AIS "Subsidy" include:
- online user registration with the ability to restrict access rights for different categories, such as seed production farms, agricultural producers, district commissions, and the Department;
- submission and support of electronic applications with automatic verification of the provided data;
- organization of electronic document flow using digital signatures;
- conducting online meetings of commissions with the formation and signing of electronic protocols;
- monitoring the movement of seeds, including inter-district supplies and logistics;
- creation of electronic acts on the targeted use of seeds with photo and GPS evidence;
- centralized electronic archive and analytical reporting system.
