During the meeting, the ministers discussed the state of bilateral relations in various areas—from politics to economics—as well as in the field of water resources and culture. Special attention was given to the implementation of previously reached agreements that were recorded at the 7th meeting of the Supreme Intergovernmental Council and the 13th meeting of the Intergovernmental Council.

Furthermore, the ministers noted the need to activate interregional cooperation in the agricultural and industrial sectors, agreeing to explore possible directions for this.

The discussion also touched on issues of strengthening cooperation at multilateral forums. In this context, representatives of the two countries confirmed the alignment of their positions on current regional issues and their readiness to provide mutual support in international organizations.

The parties expressed a desire to develop cultural and humanitarian ties, including initiatives in the fields of education, healthcare, and youth policy.

At the end of the meeting, Kulubaev invited Kazakhstan to take an active part in the VI World Nomad Games.
