- From January 1 to February 18, 2026, 512 tons of wheat bran were shipped from the Perm Krai to Kyrgyzstan, as reported by the Rosselkhoznadzor.

In 2025, during the same period, there was no export of wheat bran from the region to Kyrgyzstan.

On February 17, 2026, employees of the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Kirov Region, Udmurt Republic, and Perm Krai conducted a quarantine phytosanitary inspection of 128 tons of wheat bran intended for shipment to Kyrgyzstan.

All products underwent laboratory testing at the Perm branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR," which confirmed the absence of quarantine pests. The laboratory examination showed that the products meet all phytosanitary standards. Phytosanitary certificates were issued for this batch.

Since the beginning of 2026, 512 tons of wheat bran have been exported from the Perm Krai to Kyrgyzstan.
