According to Baltabaev, such goals are outlined in the presidential decree on the development of the agro-sector. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture aims to achieve 25% processing by 2030.
The expert noted that while previously the main focus was on the "Financing Agriculture" program, the number of supporting programs has now increased to ten.
"Cluster financing has become one of the key tools. This program unites farmers and processing enterprises into a single chain. The government is focused on uniting and supporting agrarians through such mechanisms, and the results are already noticeable," he added.
Baltabaev also emphasized that bilateral development institutions, such as the Russian-Kyrgyz and Uzbek-Kyrgyz Development Funds, have played an important role in modernizing the agro-sector.
