According to information from the Traffic Safety Department of the Osh region, the incident took place around 11:20 on the 12th kilometer of the Osh–Irkeshtam highway, within the village of Mady of the same-name ayil aimak.
According to official data, the driver of a "Daewoo Matiz," born in 1994 and a resident of the village of Ak-Zhar in the Joosh ayil aimak, was heading west when he collided with a "Honda Stepwgn," driven by a 1990-born resident of the village of Jekendi in the Chon-Alai district, citizen A. uulu A. This vehicle was moving in the opposite direction.
As a result of the collision, the driver of the "Daewoo Matiz" sustained injuries of varying severity and was taken to the Osh Regional Unified Clinical Hospital for medical assistance.
