The deputy proposed gold waste recycling for investors: 80% of the income goes to the state
The deputy proposed the creation of a processing plant that would direct 80% of its profits to the state budget, leaving only 20% for itself.
He noted that the country has accumulated more than 100 tons of gold waste.
In response, the deputy was informed that to address this issue, it is necessary to contact the organizations "Kyrgyzaltyn" or "Kyrgyzgeology," as they are the ones issuing the relevant permits.
Kilychbaev also emphasized the lack of qualified specialists in the field of waste processing and expressed hope that the new plant would provide local specialists with the necessary skills for further work in this area.
During this meeting, information was also presented about the activities of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision for the year 2025.
