According to the information from the ministry, 135 million soms are allocated from the republic's budget for the purchase of veterinary and biological products in 2026. All necessary funds for carrying out these spring activities have already been fully secured.
As part of the approved plan, vaccination of heifers aged 3 to 6 months against brucellosis is being carried out, as well as blood sampling from cattle for the diagnosis of this disease. In addition, vaccinations of dogs and cats against rabies are being conducted to protect domestic animals, and work has begun on deworming against echinococcosis.
Sheep and goats are being vaccinated against sheep pox and brucellosis, while cattle are vaccinated against sheep pox, anthrax, and emkar (emphysematous carbuncle). All procedures are financed from the state budget.
In 2026, to ensure a stable epizootic situation in the republic, territorial veterinary services are fully supplied with biological products, antihelminthics, and disinfectants. Special refrigeration equipment has been installed for the proper storage of these materials.
The plan for anti-epizootic measures was developed taking into account the livestock population and the epizootic situation in each region, coordinated with local self-government bodies, and approved in the established manner.
