At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies approved the elections of the chairpersons and deputy chairpersons of the relevant committees by adopting the corresponding resolution.
The deputy groups presented their candidates for these positions.
As a result of the elections, the following deputies were elected:
— Bakyt Tentishev headed the Committee on Industrial Policy, Transport, Fuel and Energy Complex, Architecture and Construction;
— Gulnara Akimbaeva became the chairperson of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh;
— Kubanychbek Samakov was elected chairperson of the Committee on Agrarian Policy, Water Resources, Subsoil Use, Ecology and Environmental Protection;
— Yrysbek Atazhanov became the chairperson of the Committee on Science, Education, Innovative Development and Information Technologies, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs;
— Zhanibek Amatov was appointed deputy chairperson of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense, Security and Migration;
— Gulsharkan Kultaeva took the position of deputy chairperson of the Committee on Constitutional Legislation, State Structure, Local Self-Government and the Regulations of the Jogorku Kenesh;
— Rustambek uulu Sovatbek became the deputy chairperson of the Committee on Labor, Health, Women's Affairs and Social Issues;
— Nurjamal Torobekova was appointed deputy chairperson of the Committee on Science, Education, Innovative Development and Information Technologies, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs.
