She noted that Kyrgyz producers create organic agricultural products but face difficulties in selling their products. In this regard, it was proposed to give priority to organic products when procuring food for kindergartens and educational institutions.
According to the explanatory note, it is currently important to focus efforts on the development of digital technologies that can contribute to economic growth, improve public administration, and enhance the quality of public services.
The document also states that it is planned to increase the efficiency of the public procurement system and reduce corruption risks by improving legislation in this area.
